Have leaky sewer lines destroyed the aesthetics of your house in Englewood Colorado? It’s a nuisance when you see wet patches on your lawn or the walls of the basement. Those strange patterns on your basement walls are a result of a leaking sewer pipe.
Snowbridge Inc. suggests Trenchless Sewer Repair in such cases. You don’t want to further destroy your home’s beauty as plumbers dig up your entire sewer pipeline to replace the pipes.
How Trenchless Sewer Repair Works
Initial Inspection and Cost Estimate
Our team of engineers will be there at your call to make an initial inspection of your sewage piping. We use the modern methods of locating the damaged pipe section through a high-resolution camera. A CRT display captures the pictures taken by the camera. This gives us an accurate picture of the pipe’s condition.
After the initial inspection, we provide a realistic estimate of repair costs. If you are happy with our cost and service, our plumbers will give you a rough estimate of the necessary repairs.
Sewer Pipe Repair
The repair work essentially consists of casting a lining of resinous material on the inner wall of the damaged pipe. We pull an annular pipe of polyester fiber through the damaged pipe. Then, we insert another flexible inflatable into the innermost diameter of the damaged pipe.
Our plumbers pump a thermosetting resin into the annular polyester fiber pipe, throughout the length of the damaged sewer pipe. The flexible inflatable pipe or bladder is pressurized with hot water or other suitable hot fluid. For the curing time of the resin, we maintain the pressure of the inflating medium.
Once the pipelining has set, we remove the bladder and conduct tests to check pipe integrity.
This trenchless pipe repair technique has another variation when you have large sections of your pipe damaged. Basically, we are pushing a new pipe under pressure through the damaged pipe. The new pipe offers strength to the old one and works as a new pipe.
